Christopher McDonald – MS, CrossFit Level 2

Chris completed his masters degree after his professional soccer career was cut short by a career ending injury. Through this experience it has allowed Chris to develop into one of the most well rounded coaches in the country. Chris has developed all levels of abilities from people returning from injuries to elite athletes. In addition, he has mentored with one of the most successful coaches in the world giving him the advantage of mastering the art of creating training programs enabling everyone to stay focused for the duration of their lives.

Tony Edgerton, Assistant Fitness Director

For over a decade, Tony has been in the fitness industry on many different levels. Tony is a multi facetted successful fitness professional who has taken on many roles within the industry; including, personal training, sales, fitness management, and membership and business development of a facility. His time as a college scholarship basketball player led him to pursue his passion and drive for training in different aspects of fitness. He has worked with and trained under some of the most respected basketball coaches in the nation and made a name for himself within the college basketball community. Tony has earned his Bachelor of Science as well as a degree in Communications. Also he has achieved many credentials in the industry which make him as knowledgeable and as experienced as he has become today; this has put Tony into a key position of being a successful Business Developer for CrossFit MLK.

Lindsay Edgerton, Professional Fitness Trainer

“Supportive, motivated, and committed to my clients overall fitness levels.”

Professional Fitness Trainer, Lindsay Edgerton earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Western Oregon University in 2006.  Her education focus was Health & Social Sciences, concentrating on community health and the obesity epidemic in the United States. For the last several years, Lindsay has been training at 24 hour fitness, continuing to work on fitness certification and most recently earning her CrossFit I certification. A competitive athlete her entire life, Lindsay is passionate about getting her clients to their fitness goals.  Supportive, motivating, and committed, Lindsay continues to help her clients feel more confident about themselves, improving their overall fitness and general health.
